Brand visibility in AI answers
Ask AI models the same prompts in each English-language market and see how often they name your brand versus your competitors — once, or tracked every week so you can watch it change.
Helps when your name is also an everyday word. Names like “Make” are only counted when written as a name, not as the verb.
One fact per line: pricing, plan limits, founding year, key features, where you operate. Every answer that names you is checked against these, and anything that contradicts them is flagged.
Names or domains. Each gets its own colour in the answers.
Pulls Google’s People Also Ask questions, autocomplete and related searches for the first market you pick, plus “alternatives” and “vs” searches for the competitors you list, and turns them into questions for an AI assistant. Questions that already name your brand are left out, since they would always “mention” it. Tick the ones to add.
Uses what you sell (above) and your competitors to write the questions a software buyer asks an AI — best in your category, for your kind of team, alternatives to each competitor, with a given integration. None names your brand, so being named means the AI chose you.
Write them the way a customer would ask an AI assistant, or add them from the suggestions above.
Each prompt is also asked as each buyer — “I’m the IT lead at a 500-person company. What’s the best…?” — so the report shows which kinds of buyer you win and which you lose. Every buyer adds a full set of answers to the cost.
ChatGPT app is the answer the real ChatGPT app gives someone in each market, including the web pages it cites and the searches it runs. ChatGPT is the model over the API, answering from its own knowledge. ChatGPT app answers take a few minutes to arrive.
AI models answer differently each time. Asking 3 times shows whether your brand is named reliably or by luck, and gives each mention rate a range. AI Overviews and Gemini are asked once.
After each run you get a short email if something moved: a model stopped naming you, a competitor overtook you, a new wrong fact, a new most-cited website. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Estimates are approximate; the real cost of each answer is shown in the report. Each run is capped by a per-run limit and a daily budget.
