B2B SaaS schema pack

Structured data tells search engines and AI assistants what your company is, what the product is and what it costs — in a form they don’t have to guess at. Fill in the form (or prefill it from your website) and get ready-to-paste snippets for your homepage, pricing page and FAQ.

Start from your website

We read your homepage and pricing page for your name, description, profile links and plans. Everything is a suggestion to correct.

Company

Plans

One row per plan on your pricing page. For a plan with no public price, tick “contact sales”.

FAQ

Questions and answers that are written out on your page — the markup must match what visitors can read there.

Your pack

1 · HomepageOrganization, WebSite and SoftwareApplication. Paste inside <head> of your homepage.
Add your company name and website to see this.
2 · Pricing pageSoftwareApplication with one Offer per plan. Paste inside <head> of your pricing page.
Add at least one plan to see this.
3 · FAQFAQPage. Paste into the page the questions appear on (often the pricing page).
Add at least one question and answer to see this.
Check it before you ship it. Paste each snippet into validator.schema.org and Google’s Rich Results Test. Two things are left out on purpose: no AggregateRating (ratings must come from real reviews shown on the page, and marking up your own ratings of yourself breaks Google’s guidelines — add one only for genuine third-party reviews you display), and Google no longer shows FAQ rich results for most sites, so the FAQ markup is for machines and AI, not a snippet in search.
